Eligibility for Returns

Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following items are non-returnable:

Custom or personalized clay cutters.

Clearance or sale items.

Return Process

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include the receipt or order confirmation.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect on your account.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, item damaged in transit).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
